Rust and Corrosion
Without proper attention, rust and corrosion can start to break down the structural integrity of supportive metal beams.
Rust Inhibiting
The first step of our process is to remove all failing paint and rust. We then apply a product that turns the remaining iron oxide (rust) into iron phosphate, an inert substance.
Rust Inhibiting Primer Application
In order to further protect metal substrates from rusting, we apply a rust inhibiting primer to prolong finish coat appearance.
High Performance Coating
Once we have sufficiently prepped beams we apply several coats of a high performance industrial urethane alkyd enamel to support beams.
